About Me

Hi, I’m Suki! I believe each of us carries an inner light—a unique resilience guiding us through life’s heaviest moments. Life can feel overwhelming, whether it’s work stress, relationship complexities, parenting challenges, or uncertain transitions. I’ve walked these paths myself and understand their impact. My greatest joy is sitting with you, hearing your story, and walking alongside you with warmth and compassion to uncover your strength to move forward.

As a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience and a mother of two, I bring professional expertise and personal insight into life’s ups and downs. I specialize in supporting parents and children through emotional and developmental challenges, including ADHD and autism, fostering healing, secure attachments, and resilience. I guide families with empathy and practical tools. I also support individuals facing work stress or life transitions, using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to manage anxiety, build emotional balance, and embrace change. My experiences—adapting to a new country, leading an NGO through crises, and navigating career shifts—enhance my trauma-informed, evidence-

based approach. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I offer tailored care to diverse clients.

For me, this work is a sacred privilege—honoring your challenges and rediscovering your hope. Let’s navigate this journey together, finding courage for your next step, wherever it may lead.
