About Me

Hi, I’m Jack, a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Family Counselling and Family Education and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, I bring 14 years of heartfelt service supporting adults, families, and newcomers through life’s trials. My journey includes 9 years in community services and 5 years in supervisory roles, where I’ve learned to meet people with empathy and understanding.

I weave together Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, creating a warm, culturally sensitive haven for growth. Whether you’re adjusting to life as a newcomer, seeking freedom from addiction, mending relationships, or healing from trauma, I tailor each session to your story, believing in its power to spark resilience and self-empowerment. My work spans diverse communities, reflecting my commitment to non-judgmental support.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, I bridge cultural divides with care. Outside therapy, my passion for exploring new trails and sketching landscapes infuses my practice with fresh inspiration, guiding you toward strength and renewal. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!
