About Me
Hi, I’m Kiki. I believe every child and teenager deserves to be deeply understood, not just managed. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Counselling. For over 15 years, I have provided a warm, therapeutic space for children and adolescents navigating the complexities of growing up, school pressure, and family dynamics.
Over the years, I have worked across rehabilitation, disability, and education systems in both Canada and Hong Kong, with experience in frontline clinical support and program leadership. My roles have included working in brain injury and accident rehabilitation services in Canada, supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, as well as serving as a residential supervisor in special schools, child protection residential services, and school-based social work supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in Hong Kong. These experiences allow me to understand both the emotional and functional challenges that children and families may face.
My practice specializes in supporting young people with neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia) and physical challenges. Instead of focusing solely on behaviors or functional skills, I help my clients process the emotional weight of their experiences—whether it’s school anxiety, frustration with learning differences, or the feeling of not fitting in.
I also support individuals and families navigating trauma recovery, post-accident adjustment, and caregiving stress. Using strength-based and narrative approaches, I help children and teens express themselves, build self-esteem, and develop emotional regulation skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, I am here to listen to each child’s voice—even those expressed without words. My goal is to partner with your family to uncover your child’s inner resilience and help them write a story of hope and confidence.
