About Me

Hi, I’m Ping! A Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience in mental health, psychotherapy, and community-based care. I hold a Master of Mental Health from The University of Hong Kong, where I specialized in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and completed intensive training providing CBT support to youth and adults, helping them manage stress and improve emotional well-being.

I have worked across family health centres, hospitals, primary care teams, schools, and community services, delivering clinical counselling to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. My advanced academic training and extensive frontline experience allow me to combine evidence-based therapies with deep clinical insight, creating an approach that is both professional and practical.

Over the years, I have also taken on both clinical and leadership roles in Canada and Hong Kong, including Social Work Lead in family health services in Canada, Clinical Supervisor in the Ontario Autism Program, Social Worker in child and family crisis services in Toronto, Student Guidance Officer under the Hong Kong Education Bureau, and Assistant Social Work Officer in Integrated Family Services in Hong Kong.

I specialize in supporting clients through work-related stress, life transitions, personal growth, and emotional resilience. I also have experience supporting adults and children with ADHD, autism, and social-emotional needs, as well as helping families strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and relationships.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, history, and technology, which inspire creativity and connection in my practice.
