About Me
Hi, I’m Rita. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to navigate a new chapter in life, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow in their own way and create a life that feels meaningful to them.
I’m a Registered Social Worker who provides a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and values at your own pace. I support children, youth, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

With over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and families, along with a background in social work, counselling, and behavioural support, I bring a holistic perspective to understanding emotional and behavioural challenges. I look beyond what we see on the surface to understand the feelings, needs, relationships, and experiences behind them.

My practice draws from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), grounded in strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-informed care. I am fluent in English and Mandarin and welcome you to reach out when you’re ready. I’ll walk alongside you toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and meaningful change.
