About Me

I am a compassionate and empathetic Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling from Hong Kong. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals across diverse age groups, gained through years of work in nonprofit organizations. Having lived abroad and relocated to Canada in 2024, I deeply understand the challenges of starting anew in unfamiliar environments—particularly for Hong Kongers navigating displacement, cultural transitions, and unresolved trauma. I support clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, and gambling addiction. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can explore your emotions, face vulnerabilities, and reconnect with your inner self at your own pace. Grounded in person-centered theory, I offer unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding to support personal growth and selfactualization. My trauma-informed, humanistic approach integrates evidencebased modalities, including person-centered therapy (PCT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches. I provide counselling in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and I work with individuals and families as they navigate their unique paths toward healing and resilience.
