Depression

What Is Depression?

Depression is more than just feeling sad or “down.” It’s a condition that affects how you think, feel, and manage daily life. While everyone experiences low mood at times, depression can feel heavier, lasting weeks or even months. It may affect your energy, motivation, and relationship - making everyday tasks feel overwhelming.

The good news is that you are not alone, and with the right support, recovery is possible.
