What Are Life Transitions?

Life is full of changes — some planned, some unexpected. Moving to a new country, starting a different career, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, or entering a new stage of life can all bring excitement, but they can also feel overwhelming.

Life transitions are moments when your identity, priorities, or routines shift. Even positive changes can be stressful, leaving you uncertain about what’s next or how to adjust. You’re not alone — these moments are opportunities for growth, and with the right support, you can navigate them with clarity and confidence.
